We currently ship within the US and abroad.

Please contact us and we will arrange for you to send the candle back and a replacement will be sent out. Please keep all packaging so that we can file a claim.

All products are shipped within 3-6 business days after the order is placed.

CHAUX CANDLES is always expanding and new products are something that we look to add in the near future.

You may return your product up to 5 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received the product.

Please note original packaging is needed.

All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale.

We reserve the right to reject a return request if it doesn’t adhere to our above terms.
